User Registration Agreement

To ensure the security of this website and the software developed by the developers (“Software Use and Services”), please read the following “Software and Services License Agreement” (“Software”, “this Agreement”). You need to fully understand the terms of this Agreement, especially the service content and limitations, and decide whether to accept it. If you are 18 years of age or older, becoming a user of this website indicates that you have read and agreed to this Agreement and related terms.
(I) Regarding the Protection of User Personal Information
1.1 Protecting user personal information and developer personal information is a fundamental principle of this website. Performics encrypts all information storage and transmission paths to ensure user security. In the event of information leakage without the original author's consent, this website will take legal action.
1.2 Using this service requires you to provide some information, such as filling in your phone number and agreeing to the terms of use for account registration. If the information you provide is incorrect, it may restrict your use of the service.
1.3 Normally, users can modify the data they have submitted at any time. However, for security reasons (such as account inquiry services), users may not be able to modify their personal information at will after registration.
1.4 Lazarev employs multiple security technologies and procedures to protect user personal information and has established a management system. Any use or illegal use will be subject to legal sanctions. The final registered mobile phone number for both new and old Lazarev accounts cannot be changed.
1.5 Under no circumstances will Lazarev disclose customer information to any company or organization outside of Lazarev without the customer's consent.
1.6 Users under the age of 18 must provide written proof from their parents or a police officer before using the services of this website.
(II) User Responsibilities
2.1 Users can only apply for withdrawal after completing a series of tasks.
2.2 Users cannot withdraw funds while completing tasks.
2.3 Users cannot cancel or skip tasks.
2.4 If a user's account is frozen by the system due to violation of regulations, 50% of the account balance must be paid to unfreeze it. After the account is unfrozen, the platform will return the funds to the unfrozen account.
2.5 When a user's account balance exceeds $200,000, the withdrawal wallet must maintain sufficient liquidity to process transactions. The platform will conduct pre-verification to confirm that the user meets the eligibility requirements for large withdrawals, including compliance with all applicable tax regulations. Furthermore, to ensure transaction stability, the required fund ratio must be maintained between 20% and 30%.
(III) Use of Funds
3.1 Contract. This contract and terms of use are subject to the terms explicitly stated in the account. Users should provide relevant information and documents related to this website and comply with the provisions in the appendix to the contract terms.
3.2 This website provides all users with terms of use. For any questions or other important matters, please contact the relevant department.
3.3 The terms of use of this website are subject to trade agreements and protected by law. If a user maliciously violates these terms, this website has the right to take legal action.
3.4 Lazarev has the right to modify all formal and informal terms and has the final right of interpretation.
